What is Type 3 car insurance?

Type 3 car insurance is voluntary insurance that offers the least amount of coverage compared to other types of insurance. Including coverage for damage to property, life, body, or health of third parties and passengers in the car (passengers in both parties and the insured) but does not cover the insured's car under any circumstances.
